Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen is the founder and Educational Director of The School for Body-Mind Centering®.

Innovator and leader, her work has had a significant influence in the fields of bodywork, movement, dance, yoga, body psychotherapy, early childhood education, and many other body-mind disciplines.

Her career spans more than fifty years of practice as an occupational, body and movement therapist in clinical settings, and as teacher at university hospitals and prestigious universities and educational centers in the US, Canada, Europe and Asia.

Bonnie began her research in movement therapy and anatomy in 1958, and continued to study with great teachers who have inspired her in the development of this unique approach that we know as BMC®:
